If you have any news or pictures you can send them to me during the trip on this number and I will put the information and/or pictures onto the blog for you.

I will be checking the phone regurlarly up to the bike ride and then on a twice daily basis once the ride begins.

Please dont use the number for normal phone contact as there will not be anyone at the other end to answer, just send emails, sms or pictures or of course voice mail and I will transcript the message.
