Check out the picture of the BMW in the photos album. Keen television viewers and wannabe globetrotters will be aware that this is the same bike that Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman rode on their epic journeys in Long Way Round and Long Way Down. This bike is about to have its own adventure though, when it's ridden by two FUCHS UK employees in a gruelling 4000 mile, 2 week round trip across Europe to Kiev in the Ukraine, all in the name of charity. Proceeds raised from the bike ride will be going to the UNICEF Kids in Kiev appeal, which supports children who have been physically and emotionally affected by the Chernobyl disaster.

The intention is to use this blog so that readers can follow us on the trip. We will be regularly adding and updating, so please come back often.
